For 15 years, I was in the trenches of sales and business development, working 100-hour weeks, chasing success at the expense of my own well-being. By my mid-twenties, I hit a wall—hard. Burnout wasn’t just exhaustion; it spiraled into high-functioning anxiety, relentless self-doubt, and a cycle of negative thinking that made me question everything. I had built a career, but I had lost myself in the process.

Something had to change.

I knew I was capable of more. Not just in business, but in the way I thought, the way I led, and the way I lived. The real work wasn’t just about leaving the corporate grind—it was about stepping into my full potential. So, I made the decision to go all in. At 30, I transitioned fully into coaching, immersing myself in deep, transformative work with some of the world’s best mentors. I refined my skill set, mastered the power of influence, and quickly became known as the Soft Skills Queen—helping women break free from limitations, own their power, and elevate their standards.

Now, with over a thousand clients across four continents, I lead private mentorship for women who are done playing small.
